Start your chilly mornings with a nourishing pumpkin spice smoothie, packed with seasonal flavors and the added lactation support of NutraLac for a healthy boost to your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop NutraLac

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, additional sweetness)

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if needed.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
