Ingredients
1 scoop NutraLac
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, additional sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4-5 ice cubes
Directions
