Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 2-4 pitted dates

  • 1 scoop vanilla NutraLac

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
