Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops NutraLac
Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, NutraLac Vanilla Lactation Powder, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes
- If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mix into a plastic wrapped lined loaf pan.
