Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz container of Greek vanilla yogurt

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 4 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tablespoon stevia (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 4 scoops NutralLac

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with/ a whisk
  • Fill individual containers with 1/10 of the mixture.
  • Seal containers and refrigerate overnight
  • Serve cold the next day
