Ingredients
1 32 oz container of Greek vanilla yogurt
4 cups old-fashioned oats
4 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoon stevia (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 scoops NutralLac
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with/ a whisk
- Fill individual containers with 1/10 of the mixture.
- Seal containers and refrigerate overnight
- Serve cold the next day
